Throwback Thursday Challenge # 8 with Emma

this challenge is using the cart. Celebrations and being a Birthday theme,
so I took a look at it and decided to do the theme with the dogs, since Emma loves her little ones and I love my big baby, so here is to all the dogs
out there.
Cart. Celebrations
card standard size
dogs cut @ 2in
Happy Birthday cut @ 1 1/2in
papers were scraps I had ( love to use them up)
wiggle eyes
pop dots, glue pen
